1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of jmDocFast, an online service operated by SAAGGE Fastplatform Ltd.
By accessing or using jmDocFast, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Our Services
jmDocFast provides online tools that help individuals and businesses create business documents, including:
- Invoices
- Receipts
- Quotations
- Purchase orders
- Payslips
- Other available business-document tools
Features may change or expand as the service develops.
3. Free and Paid Plans
jmDocFast offers free and paid subscription plans.
Free Plan — $0
Users can access available free tools and create, download or print supported documents without necessarily creating an account. Account registration may be required for features such as cloud storage.
Pro Plan — $25 per month or $250 per year
Provides the features advertised for Pro subscribers, subject to the current plan description.
Business Plan — $99 per month or $990 per year
Provides the features advertised for Business subscribers, subject to the current plan description.
Prices, available features and applicable taxes will be disclosed during checkout where applicable. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activities.
5. Payments and Renewals
Paid subscriptions are charged at the price and billing interval selected during checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically where recurring billing is enabled and disclosed during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges according to the selected billing arrangement.
Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. Their payment-processing terms may also apply.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available account or billing controls, or contact our support team for assistance.
Cancellation stops future renewals when processed successfully. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. Your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, depending on the subscription terms shown to you.
7. Refunds
Eligible new paid subscriptions may qualify for a refund request within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.
Renewal payments are reviewed individually. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights available under applicable law.

8. Your Documents and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of information entered into documents generated through jmDocFast.
You should review each document before issuing, sending or relying on it. You are responsible for ensuring that your documents meet applicable tax, accounting, employment and other legal requirements.
jmDocFast provides document-generation tools and does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.
9. Document Storage and Backups
Available storage and document-history features depend on your plan and the features currently offered.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important documents, including downloaded documents. We do not guarantee permanent availability of every document or uninterrupted access to stored data.
10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The jmDocFast website, software, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to SAAGGE Fastplatform Ltd, subject to applicable third-party rights.
You may use the service to create documents for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt or exploit the service except where permitted by law or with our written authorization.
You retain responsibility for the content and information you enter into your documents.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical failures, internet disruptions and third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
We may update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAAGGE Fastplatform Ltd is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information entered by users, failure to review generated documents, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, pricing or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this website with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the applicable laws of Rwanda, without excluding any mandatory legal protections that apply to users in other jurisdictions.
